CRM

Availability:Timeora OneFeature: crmPermission: crm.accounts.read

The CRM module keeps customer relationships next to the work you bill them for. It is part of Timeora One and shares clients, people and projects with the rest of the app.

Area What it holds
Accounts Companies, their status, source, owners and the last time anything happened.
Contacts People at an account, with their contact details and activity.
Deals Opportunities with a status, a value and the people responsible.
Follow-ups Open next steps across accounts, contacts and deals.
Summary The pipeline at a glance.
Sales activity What the sales team actually did in a period: touches, coverage and follow-ups.
Sales sprint A focused view of the current sales push.

The accounts list shows one row per company. Every main column can be sorted from its header, and the chosen column and direction stay in the URL so a sorted list can be linked or reloaded.

The Last activity column answers a different question than the deal status: it records when the account was last touched by a logged call, email or note — on the account itself, on one of its contacts or on one of its deals. Moving a deal to another stage is not a touch. Accounts without the sorted value are listed last in both directions, and Name ascending is the default.

A deal moves through the statuses your organisation defines under Settings → CRM → Deal statuses. Opening a deal shows the value, the representatives and the activity that led to it.

Follow-ups are the working list between meetings: they stay open until somebody completes them, regardless of which record they belong to.

When your organisation enables it, Timeora connects to Microsoft 365 and records relevant email and call activity against accounts and contacts. Synchronisation runs in the background; a new message therefore appears after a short delay rather than instantly.

The sales reports are deliberately separate rights: a sales representative can work the pipeline without seeing the whole department’s coverage numbers.

Statuses and sources are configuration, not data. Change them under Settings → CRM. Avoid deleting a status that records still use; deactivate or rename it instead so historical records keep their meaning.
